Shipping & Returns
We have tracking on all orders in the US. In case a package gets lost or stolen AA Designs is not liable unless there was a mistake in the address in our part. We will help and do our best to get you package to your door! Please contact USPS as they are the shipping provider for all shipping questions and claims.
If shipped with UPS and a shipping address error has been made UPS will charge $17 + shipping fees for there correction service and the customer will be held responsible for paying these extra fees.
Return & Exchange Policy
All orders are final. As a custom shop we do not accept returns once the order has been processed and complete. Returns are only aloud when first we have proof of damage or a defected product has been shipped to you. All refund are only processed by the AA team and we have the right to deny and refund. No exchange once product has been processed and complete.
